Industrious, a company that offers co-working space without the bind of a long-term lease, welcomed guests into the Indianapolis location for a grand opening ceremony on Thursday, November 16th. The festivities included food, drinks and live entertainment, while visitors were invited to tour the newly constructed facilities.

The 18,000 SF co-working office space is located on the second and third floors of the Marietta building in the heart of the arts and cultural district, Mass Ave. Industrious consists of both independent and collaborative offices for one to five people, as well as shared conference rooms for meetings, and has capacity for 190 people in total. The co-working space has been designed to service a variety of needs including open and bright areas for casual collaboration to private conference areas for client meetings.

“Industrious had a clear vision for the space from the beginning, and it was enjoyable to watch the concept emerge during construction,” says Dave Taylor, Shiel Sexton Project Manager, “We started with a blank canvas, and were able to convert it into a trendy office that really captures the feeling of Mass Ave.”
