Opening this week is the first luxury boutique hotel on the North side of Indianapolis, Ironworks Hotel. Fashioned with industrial charm, the hotel boasts tasteful amenities such as unique, customized rooms, spas, meeting rooms and a rooftop lounge all within an inspirational industrial revolution theme. The exterior of the hotel is just as unique as the interior featuring 19th century architecture complete with a grand entrance of steel I-beams, historic replica windows and high-end finishes that make this modern and trendy unique to the local hospitality market. The five-story hotel has 120 rooms – with 14 being exclusive suites. Prices start around $130 a night. Amenities include underground parking, retail, meeting spaces and two restaurants.

Hendricks Commercial Properties selected Shiel Sexton to construct this $27 million boutique hotel after the team’s successful completion of Ironworks at Keystone, a $30 million mixed-use development. Located next to the hotel, the Ironworks at Keystone property includes retail on the first floor, 120 residential units, and underground parking. The boutique Ironworks Hotel was the second phase of construction for this project.

Local media sneak peeks of the hotel can be viewed here at Fox59 and IndyStar.
