Shiel Sexton was hired to build out the 23,000 SF suite on the third floor of the Sourwine Building at 8335 Keystone Crossing for Paychex. The space houses offices, breakout rooms, training rooms, conference rooms and break room for Paychex’ Indianapolis location. Shiel Sexton worked closely with Paychex to coordinate the installation of state-of-the-art security, white noise system and data systems required for their space, while meeting their goals for budget, schedule and quality.
With regards to safety, the Paychex project was top notch from beginning to end – extremely clean and well organized. The project had zero recordables and zero first aids. We would like to recognize Project Manager, Dave Taylor, and Superintendent, Jerod Decker, who worked countless hours to ensure the project was running safely and securely.
