Shiel Sexton and The Skillman Corporation have teamed up to begin building the new senior academy additions/renovations at both Hamilton Southeastern (HSE) and Fishers (FHS) High Schools. This $86 million design-build project is scheduled to break ground in January of 2014 and be completed in July of 2015. Highlights of the projects include renovations and/or additions to both senior academies and performing arts centers as well as the HSE natatorium and gymnasium and FHS physical education area. A key feature of our team’s proposal was providing an energy efficient design that reduces energy costs on the existing high school buildings, as well as exceptional energy performance on the new additions.

The design-build team includes Shiel Sexton, The Skillman Corporation, Fanning Howey, DEEM, Gaylor and TLF Engineers. This was a great team effort from everyone involved. We are excited to be a partner with Hamilton Southeastern Schools on this important project.
