On Thursday, November 13, Shiel Sexton’s Carolinas office, located in Charlotte, was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the 2014 Best Places to Work.

This high-energy, sold out, annual event, held at the Charlotte Convention Center, honors outstanding companies whose benefits, policies and practices are among the area’s best. See the list of all 64 winners.

Representing Shiel Sexton at the event were: Carolinas Region President, Ben Wilhelm; Director of Community Relations, Karen Price; Director of Preconstruction, Matt Ventimiglia; Office Coordinator, Sara Whitten; and Project Administrator, Teresa Bradley. Kudos to Sara for coordinating our winning entry!

This Fall,  with the help of BRANSTORM PR, Shiel Sexton SE launched a branding campaign, Leaving Our Mark on the Carolinas, to highlight our work in the region. As part of that effort, we created print ads, started a quarterly E-newsletter The Messenger, and added our own Twitter handle @ShielSextonSE. We’re also sponsoring the CBJ’s Commercial Real Estate Quarterly Live Event at UNC Charlotte Center City on Nov. 20.
