As of today, May 1, 2015, Shiel Sexton’s Carolinas Regional Headquarters will be located in 4,300 SF of office space at the Fairview Plaza in Southpark. This move came after searching for space in Southpark and around uptown Charlotte. Ben Wilhelm, President of the Carolinas region for Shiel Sexton said:
“We wanted to get closer to the action, where we can be more top of mind with our client base.”
Shiel Sexton has about 17 employees local to the Charlotte area. We are currently working on projects that include a 241-unit apartment complex in NoDa for Woodfield Investments and a speculative 110,000-square-foot industrial building for Exeter Property Group.
Wilhelm says he expects the Carolinas region to generate approximately $40 million this year, a “considerable jump” from 2014.
