This $19 million, six-story mixed-used development is located in the heart of Broad Ripple Village. The client partnered with Shiel Sexton Real Estate after reviewing our portfolio of complex urban redevelopments. In addition, the ability to scale up resources for a large project was an important differentiator. Shiel Sexton Real Estate helped lead programming, design, budgeting, financial analysis, and neighborhood meetings. Shiel Sexton’s knowledge of TIF was critical in navigating the City’s process.
