The Parktowne Terrace rehabilitation project located in the affluent Southpark area of Charlotte, NC was completed in December 2012. This $11.2 million construction management project consisted of renovating a six-story residential building with 163 units for lower income housing. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded along with all common areas. Residential units were completely renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint and fixtures. Amenities such as the commercial kitchen and dining hall, multi-purpose rooms, offices and outdoor seating areas were renovated as well. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification which played a significant role in the project and resulted in the award submission to the U.S. Green Building Council – North Carolina Chapter for the Sustainable Business Awards.

Congratulations team! Keep up the hard work!
