Mike Dilts

Mike joined Shiel Sexton in 1985 and worked his way through project management, account management and business development before leading operations. As Chairman and CEO, Mike is responsible for Shiel Sexton’s overall vision, strategy and financial soundness. Mike volunteers his time across multiple community organizations including United Way of Central Indiana, Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation (IPSF), Marian University, Indiana Sports Corp., and the Governor's Residence Commission and more.
