Juan Gonzalez

Juan has been on the Shiel Sexton Board of Directors since 2020. He serves as KeyBank’s Market President for Central Indiana as well as the Business Banking Sales Leader in the state of Indiana. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, Juan is actively involved in the community as the external executive face of KeyBank. He partners closely with Key’s Corporate Responsibility Group to develop and implement a Community lending and investment strategy that will enable KeyBank to meet its corporate and social responsibilities. Juan holds an MBA degree in Finance from Butler University and a B.S. degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. He is involved in many community organizations including Indianapolis Chamber Board of Directors, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Board of Directors for Gennesaret Free Clinic, and more. He is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XXXII.
