JR Renbarger

JR joined Shiel Sexton in 2021 and brings over 10 years of finance and corporate strategy experience. As Vice President of Capital Management, JR is responsible for executing the company’s strategic investment goals, M&A strategies, and capital plan. His focus is on creating long-term growth for the company’s ESOP Shareholders, while delivering value for Shiel Sexton’s customers and partners. JR received an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, IN. He serves on several community organizations including as Board President of Cold Spring School, Horizon League Local Organizing Committee Chair, Indy Art Center Board of Directors, and the Penrod Society.
