Earlier this month, Franciscan St. Francis Health hosted the topping off ceremony at the new YMCA CityWay located in downtown Indianapolis. The new 87,000 square foot building will be located on the southeast corner of Delaware and South Streets within the CityWay development. The $22 million facility will be the second of the three new centers to be built as a result of the Y’s strengthening the Heart of the City capital campaign. The YMCA and St. Francis are both health-focused organizations that have forged a partnership to deliver a variety of medical and wellness programs to residents in the downtown area. At the ceremony, St. Francis unveiled plans to lease 13,000 square feet of the YMCA facility which will provide primary and specialty care physician’s services, imaging, lab and therapy programs.
