SSCares Active in the Community

SSCares has had a very active year serving the local community. Within the last three months, employees have made an impact by volunteering at a number of events:

• Employees donated time at the MDA Muscle Walk, One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, Geist Half Marathon, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
• Two employees signed up to become Big Brothers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana
• The company raised money for United Way of Central Indiana through a Crew Carwash Fundraiser and a Dine & Donate event at Blaze Pizza
• The Southeast regional office conducted a food drive as part of National Nutrition Month and a sock drive for the Hands N Feet Foundation

Our involvement with the community will continue this summer with a variety of opportunities for our employees to participate and volunteer:

• Team Structure Man will be raising funds for the IU Simon Cancer Center by participating in Indianapolis’ fifth 24 Hours of Booty event at the Butler University Campus on July 24^th and 25^th
• SSCares is currently recruiting volunteers and participants for the Black Light Slide to support Indianapolis’ Little Red Door Cancer Agency at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on July 16^th
• SSCares is currently recruiting volunteers and participants for the Back to Football Colts 5K in Indianapolis on August 20^th
• Employees will participate in a day of community service in conjunction with the Butler Bulldogs Into the Streets event on August 27^th
