Key documents, like the employee handbook and benefits guide, are now searchable on the home page, decreasing the amount of time spent looking for information.
The increase of visual elements, a key design focus, personalized our pages further and aids in ease of use.
Many changes stem from employee survey feedback for improved communication and access to company information.
New elements include a dedicated “Employee Hub” where users find a catalog of learning and development courses, additional Shiel Sexton perks, and personal resources.
Offline, our employees spent last week celebrating the launch of SSConnect with Indianapolis 500-inspired festivities to familiarize themselves with the changes. One lucky winner took home the grand prize of a Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum gift card.
Our upcoming and current projects are highlighted with intention on the front page to recognize the amazing work we do.
With the completion of our new intranet, our look and voice are cohesive as we move into the next era of Shiel Sexton.
