Indiana University Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology
The center provides students the opportunity to produce media content for all IU athletic teams, including live broadcasts. The $5 million center is unique in that it is the first program of its type to use virtual reality technology with videos created on campus in collaboration with students and faculty.
Indiana University Classroom Office Building
$4.3 million design-build delivery of new 28,000 SF building for School of Science with a variety of classroom space, lab space, and lecture space.
Indiana University Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall
$34 million addition and renovation of an iconic basketball stadium, including a large expansion and new premium event space for patrons, reconfigured arena entry and plaza, and renovation of concourses and concessions areas. LEED®Silver.
Indiana University Memorial Stadium – South End Zone Addition and Stadium Renovations
$41 million, 67,000 SF renovation that includes a rehabilitation and treatment center. The concourse level renovations include a new Hoosier Room, a dining facility designed to seat up to 350 and multipurpose event suite, both of which look out to the football field through a full height glass wall. Pursuing LEED® Gold.;Indiana University Memorial Stadium – South End Zone Addition and Stadium Renovations; Bloomington, IN; $41 million addition and renovation. The new addition expands the athletic facilities in Memorial Stadium and consolidates the rehabilitation and treatment center by closing in the south end zone of the football stadium. A new dining facility designed to seat up to 350 with dedicated kitchen and servery and a new multipurpose event suite, both of which look out to the football field through a full height glass wall are included. The roof of the addition hosts a large event terrace and relocated Knothole Park/turf play field. Both end zones have replaced video scoreboards. Indiana University Briscoe Dorm Renovation
A $33.8 million residence center renovation totaling 256,400 SF within two, 11-story towers with a total of 300 beds. The project was completed in two phases and involved a complete interior demolition, MEP systems replacement, full BIM modeling and Navisworks collision reporting, and a new central chiller plant. Half of the building was occupied by students during each phase of construction.
Indiana University Health Regional Academic Health Campus – Bloomington
$447 million project consisting of 735,000 SF was a new construction of an acute care hospital, ambulatory care center, and coordination with Indiana University for a new educational facility for the IU School of Medicine.
