    The design development phase is when your team and ours get together and begin digging deeper into the architectural and functional design of your building.     Before officially beginning construction, the procurement phase opens bidding to contractors, where you and our company will coordinate on-site managers, finalize procedures and interview subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality responsibilities and goals. From here, we will begin weekly Owner, Architect and Construction Manager meetings.
