Shiel Sexton Teams with Carrier Corp. on Two Projects
Carrier Corporation has selected Shiel Sexton to provide project management services for its Air-Cooled Chiller Lab project in Charlotte, NC. This six-month industrial addition will help expand Shiel Sexton’s growing industrial client base in the Southeast.
Additionally, Shiel Sexton will be the Design-Builder on the Carrier Corporation’s office renovation project in Indianapolis, IN. This $7.5 million, 125,000 square-foot interior renovation will transform two outdated buildings into collaborative open office environments on Carrier’s office campus.
