Gathered for an evening of socializing, dining and celebrating, the Shiel Sexton team along with owner, Hendricks Commercial Properties, was honored with two prestigious awards at the annual Monumental Affair hosted by Indy Chamber.  The awards ceremony recognizes the most significant achievements by individuals and businesses that contribute to excellence in design, development, and construction throughout the Indianapolis region.

The team earned recognition for Ironworks at Keystone with the Achievement Award for Neighborhood Revitalization and Honor Award for Real Estate Development. 

Ironworks at Keystone is a $30 million mixed-use development that has breathed new life into the former dilapidated site at 86th & Keystone and brought a vibrant destination to the bustling neighborhood.  The high-quality living accommodations include 120 loft-style apartments and 36,000 SF of fine dining and shopping are enveloped in a 1920’s-era styled warehouse structure.  The newly constructed development by Hendricks Commercial Properties features beautiful wood flooring, exposed brick walls and rustic iron beams throughout the structure.

Shiel Sexton is proud to have successfully completed Ironworks at Keystone with Hendricks Commercial Properties and is looking forward to phase two of the development to begin on the adjacent property that will include a boutique hotel.
