Shiel Sexton Company is committed to serving clients long after construction is complete. In 2003, we saw a need for quality facility maintenance in Indianapolis, and thus, our facility management division, Shiel Sexton Services (S3), emerged. S3 relieves the staff of the burden associated with maintaining a facility. This service extends the life of the asset with careful management and preserves a client’s investment in their new facility.

Prior to 2003, Shiel Sexton had a two-man team that covered warranty items and odd jobs. Bob Groogan and Randy Waren developed the idea of expanding this team into its own division that would service existing Shiel Sexton clients and beyond.  Since then, S3 has built a diverse client base in all sectors, as well as a network of vendors locally and statewide to assist with clients’ needs.

S3’s goal is to simplify maintenance into one package with three levels of customizable services: facility management, renovations, and emergency services. With facility management plans, S3 creates a contract unique to an organization’s requirements with scheduled maintenance visits as-needed. Skilled laborers and carpenters can build out tenant finishes and small facility projects, along with offering exterior solutions. S3 also offers on-call, rapid response in the case of emergency along with building damage assessment and repair.

S3 clients range from all business sectors from commercial to industrial and are both local and national.  S3 provides facility solutions that ultimately save time and money for clients.
