Shiel Sexton was selected to construct this mid-rise headquarters building on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis which includes broadcasting studios, executive offices, and an attached 400 space parking structure.  The construction site was wedged between three buildings, located on one of the most congested thoroughfares in the City.  The on-time, in budget and safe delivery of this complex project reflects true teamwork between all parties involved.
