Shiel Sexton constructed this mid-rise headquarters building on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. The new building contains broadcasting studios, executive offices, and an attached 400 space parking structure.  The project encompassed highly complex construction technologies and its success is attributed to the strong leadership of Emmis Communications, the construction manager, architect, and engineers who implemented effective solutions.
