Annual Training Program - Our annual training program currently averages out to 47 hours of training per employee per year.  This type of training includes safety classes, LEED certification, computer classes, career development classes and certificate programs.

Mentoring Program - The mentoring program includes project coordinator to engineer to manager mentoring; foreman development to superintendent mentoring, rising star executive training and college and high school internship programs.

Advanced Degree Program - Whether you’re looking to go back to school or get your masters, Shiel Sexton provides tuition reimbursement to help you achieve your goals.

Apprenticeship Program - All field employees are eligible for our certified apprenticeship program.  This program provides upward mobility to all that participate by offering an education and developing craft skills.
